1. Return Eligibility

At A-ONE Crop Science India, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products may be eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged condition, have manufacturing defects, or if an incorrect product has been delivered. The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

2. Return Request Process

3. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the return request meets our return policy guidelines, the request will be approved. Products that do not satisfy the eligibility criteria may not qualify for replacement or refund.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution. Shipping charges and other applicable service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

6. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been opened, partially used, damaged due to improper storage or handling, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
